周强现任东南大学网络空间安全学院副教授，此前（2021年至2023年）在东南大学担任上岗副研究员（预聘制副教授）。他于2010年毕业于安徽大学计算机科学与技术专业获工学学士学位，2017年毕业于新加坡国立大学电子与计算机工程专业获博士学位。2017年至2020年在新加坡南洋理工大学担任博士后。研究兴趣包括人工智能、机器学习与优化算法等。主要工作以第一作者发表在国际顶级期刊或会议Journal  of Machine Learning Research (JMLR), IEEE Transactions on Pattern  Analysis and Machine Intelligence (IEEE TPAMI), International Conference  on Machine Learning (ICML), IEEE International Conference on Computer  Vision (ICCV)等。

Qiang Zhou is currently an Associate Professor in the School of Cyber Science and Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing, China, where he was a tenure-track Associate Professor from 2021 to 2023. He received the B.Eng. degree in Computer Science and Technology from the Anhui University, Hefei, China, in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore, in 2017. From 2017 to 2020, he worked as a postdoc in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research interests include machine learning and optimization.
